BNS's expert coaches can help you accomplish your goals, whether you want to win championships or simply improve so you can have more fun skiing; whether you need a single 30-minute video analysis session or dedicated daily coaching 365 days per year.
Our standard coaching packages have evolved over the years based on our clients' needs. We can customize and combine any of these to fit your exact requirements, so if you have questions or you don't see what you want here, contact us and we will work with you to build the perfect program.
Personal Fitness Coaching
All of our coaching programs are founded on a custom training plan that we develop for you based on your unique background and goals. Each package adds coaching resources to the plan depending on the level of support you need.
The Foundation - Custom Training Plan
Your coach begins the process by getting to know you through an in-depth interview where you work together to establish goals. We then create your customized training plan using proprietary software that we developed with NCAA and US Ski Team coaches. Your coach reviews the plan with you and together you make final adjustments. For the duration of the plan, you communicate with your coach to monitor progress and make adjustments to your plan in order to optimize your training. We provide training log software with the plan that you can use to track your progress and communicate with your coach if you wish.
